ATG Victoria Girdziunas, President

Ms. Girdziunas received her B.A from Indiana University and her M.B.A from Califormia State University.  Ms.Girdziunas has over 18 years of experience in the software development industry in sales and project management.  She has managed software development projects in the U.S. and Europe on a variety of platforms. In 1996, she established a software development services company, built its revenues for 10 years and sold her equity position in 2005.  Ms. Girdziunas brings her thorough knowledge of and experience in software oursourcing to Advantura's clients.

 

ATG Algirdas Liepas, Vice President 

Mr. Liepas is an attorney engaged in private practice for the last 18 years and is licensed to practice in Colorado and Wyoming.  Mr. Liepas has been involved in contracts for the software industry for 10 years.  Mr. Liepas has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with Honors from the College of Law at the University of Wyoming and a Master of Law Letters (LL.M) in taxation from New York University's School of Law, Graduate Division.

 

ATG Sampath Kondam, Vice President Business Development

Mr. Kondam has over 10 years of experience in the full software development life cycle using J2EE and .Net technologies in Object Oriented, Web-based and Distributed applications.  He has developed mission critical Internet applications for Etrade, Fiserv and AOL.   Mr. Kondam has also significant consulting experience in international markets.  He holds a Masters degree in Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) and a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Kakatiya University, India.
