TueenTime - Instructions
Note: TueenTime works with personal AT&T and Verizon accounts only.
When you open the TueenTime app, you see four buttons along the bottom.
NAMES
Enter your child's name and phone. Remember, the phone number must be under your "family plan".
CALL LOGS
Press the "Import" button on the top left, and then press "Add Carrier Account". A screen comes up which asks for your Carrier (AT&T or Verizon), the type of your account (Personal or Business), your Username and Password. The Username and Password are the same ones you use to access your AT&T or Verizon account on your computer. "Save" your entry.
The subsequent screen is the one shown on the left. Once you press the "Download" on the top right, the app imports the call logs, the texts, or both, for the desired period (see "Settings").

This may take a couple of minutes. Please wait and keep the screen active (prevent it from "going to sleep") while the call logs are importing; do not start another application or the process will be interrupted. In this situation, a timeout could occur.
If you know the phone number, press the green + on the right. The square will turn green, designating a "safe" number. The green color will remain download after download, immediately pointing out the new numbers which may need attention.

The "Settings" button lets you set the months for which you want to download call information.

REPORTS, EMAILS
To summarize calls by child or date, you could create a report. Enter start date and end date and check the name of the children for whom you would like the report. Also press on "Calls" if you just want to see incoming and outgoing phone calls; on "Messages" if you just want to see the texts; or, "All" if you want to see both texts and call. The report can be emailed to another parent or guardian.
